Ingredients
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Melt the chocolate chips and butter in a double boiler or in the microwave.
- In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and eggs. Beat in the melted chocolate and butter mixture and the vanilla extract.
- Stir in the flour, baking powder and salt until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
