Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti, cooked al dente and drained
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add the chicken broth, wine, cream of chicken soup, chicken, spaghetti, and Parmesan cheese and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Serve hot.
