Roasted Parmesan Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until asparagus is tender but still crisp.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the asparagus and bake for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  5. Serve warm.
