Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until asparagus is tender but still crisp.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the asparagus and bake for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Serve warm.
