Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1/2 lb. prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts and prosciutto.
  3. Add olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until Brussels sprouts are lightly browned and crispy.
