Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in red wine.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Drop dough by tablespoons onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and centers are set.
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
