Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, beat butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer until creamy. Add sugars and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, vanilla, and red cocoa powder until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to butter mixture and beat until combined.
Stir in white chocolate. Using a cookie scoop, scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches of space between cookies. Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
