Ingredients
- 1 package miniature ice cream cones
- 1 package marshmallows
- 1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place mini ice cream cones on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place a marshmallow in the center of each cone.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until marshmallows are lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave for 1 minute, stirring every 15 seconds until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
- Dip each cooled marshmallow cone into the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper to cool.
- Once chocolate has hardened, enjoy!
