In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add flour mixture to wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
Fold in Red Hots candy. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet. Flatten slightly with the palm of your hand.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden brown. Allow to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
