Ingredients
1 cup walnuts
1 cup pecans
1 small onion, diced
1/4 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup water

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C).
In a food processor, grind walnuts and pecans until they become a fine meal.
In a large bowl, mix together ground nuts, onion, bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, nutritional yeast, chia seeds, and flaxseed meal.
In a small bowl, mix together coconut oil, water, and vegan cheese until combined.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, and mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Form mixture into 8 equal sized patties, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve and enjoy!
