Ingredients
- 8 ounces Fettuccini noodles
- 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 pound diced ham
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
- Add the Fettuccini noodles and cook according to the package instructions.
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the mushrooms and ham and cook until the mushrooms are softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic, salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the cream, wine and Parmesan cheese and stir to combine.
- Add the cooked Fettuccini noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
- Garnish with the fresh parsley and serve.
