Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Fettuccini noodles
  • 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 pound diced ham
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
  2. Add the Fettuccini noodles and cook according to the package instructions.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the mushrooms and ham and cook until the mushrooms are softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the garlic, salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add the cream, wine and Parmesan cheese and stir to combine.
  7. Add the cooked Fettuccini noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
  8. Garnish with the fresh parsley and serve.
