This really truly gorgeous dried fruit salad is a colorful and flavorful mix of dried fruits, nuts, and seeds, topped with a tangy honey-lime dressing. It's the perfect side dish for summer picnics, BBQs, or as a healthy snack any time of the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup dried figs, chopped
  • 1 cup dried mango, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup honey
