Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 cups grated Gouda cheese
  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound macaroni, cooked al dente

  3. Remove from heat and stir in Gouda cheese until melted. Add cooked macaroni and stir until coated. Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
