Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, quinoa, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix ingredients together until well combined.
  4. Form mixture into 6-8 patties.
  5. Place patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  7. Serve with your favorite toppings and condiments.
