Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine cranberries, white sugar, brown sugar, orange or lemon juice, orange or lemon zest, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour into prepared baking dish.
Pour melted butter over the top and stir to combine.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned. Serve warm.
