Ingredients

  • 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the carrots, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss until all the carrots are evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the carrots to the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the balsamic vinegar and honey. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes or until the mixture has reduced and thickened slightly.
  5. When the carrots are done cooking, transfer them to a serving plate and drizzle with the balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.
