Ingredients

  • 1 15-ounce can of chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Drain and rinse chickpeas and pat dry.
  3. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, and sea salt.
  4. Add chickpeas to the bowl and mix until they are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the chickpeas onto a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
