Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, almond flour, sweetener, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool completely before cutting into bars.
  6. If desired, melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the cooled bars.
