Ingredients

  • 1 pound red-skin potatoes
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dill pickles
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Put the potatoes in a medium saucepan and fill with enough water to cover.
  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
