Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound pork loin, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 3 cups cooked jasmine rice, chilled
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced pork loin and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil and the minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
