Ingredients
2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
1/2 cup of butter
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup of bread crumbs
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Bake for 30 minutes, or until top is golden and potatoes are cooked through.
