In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until well combined.
Place pork chops in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Make sure all of the pork chops are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with additional honey if desired.
