Ingredients
- 4 pork chops, boneless
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until well combined.
- Place pork chops in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Make sure all of the pork chops are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with additional honey if desired.
