Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats, nuts, dried fruit, coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the granola is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
