Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats, nuts, dried fruit, coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the granola is golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  6. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
