Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 slices of ham
- 2 slices of cheese
- 1/4 cup of pineapple tidbits
- 1 tablespoon of butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
- Lay two slices of bread on a baking sheet, mayo-side down.
- Layer one slice of ham, one slice of cheese, and the pineapple tidbits on each of the bread slices.
- Top with remaining slices of bread, mayo-side up.
- Brush the tops of the sandwiches with melted butter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are lightly golden.
- Serve warm.
