Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, water, honey or brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using).
