Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, tahini, honey, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt.
- Spread the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Sprinkle the almonds, walnuts and cranberries over the top.
- Serve and enjoy!
