Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 capsules probiotic powder

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Add the Greek yogurt and milk to the butter mixture and mix well.
