Ingredients
- 3-4 pound corned beef brisket
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Directions
- Place the corned beef brisket, onion, and garlic in the pressure cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, oregano, smoked paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour the mixture over the corned beef.
- Secure the lid on the pressure cooker and set it to cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.
- Once done, release the pressure according to your pressure cooker’s instructions.
- Carefully remove the corned beef from the pressure cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
