Ingredients
- 4 large portobello mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the mushrooms, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the mushrooms on a baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and parsley.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and beginning to brown.
- Serve warm, as an appetizer.
