Ingredients
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the white wine and simmer until the liquid is reduced by half, about 3 minutes.
- Add the butter to the skillet and stir to combine. Add the cooked spaghetti and toss to coat with the sauce.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and bacon and toss to combine. Serve topped with fresh parsley.
