Ingredients

  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the white wine and simmer until the liquid is reduced by half, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add the butter to the skillet and stir to combine. Add the cooked spaghetti and toss to coat with the sauce.
  5. Add the Parmesan cheese and bacon and toss to combine. Serve topped with fresh parsley.
