Ingredients

  • 2 slices of white bread, cut into triangles
  • 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 slices of cooked ham, diced
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • Ketchup or spicy hot sauce (optional)

Directions

  1. Heat the butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the bread triangles to the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 3 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the bread from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
  4. Add the diced ham to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the cheese to the skillet and stir until melted.
  6. Remove the skillet from the heat and spoon the cheese and ham onto the bread triangles.
  7. Serve with ketchup or a spicy hot sauce, if desired.
