Ingredients
- 2 slices of white bread, cut into triangles
- 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 slices of cooked ham, diced
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Ketchup or spicy hot sauce (optional)
Directions
- Heat the butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the bread triangles to the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 3 minutes per side.
- Remove the bread from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
- Add the diced ham to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the cheese to the skillet and stir until melted.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and spoon the cheese and ham onto the bread triangles.
- Serve with ketchup or a spicy hot sauce, if desired.
