Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add bell peppers, onion, garlic, oregano, thyme, red pepper flakes, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are softened, about 7-8 minutes.
Stir in diced tomatoes and feta cheese. Transfer skillet to oven and bake until cheese is melted and vegetables are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Serve warm.
