Ingredients
- 2lbs pork ribs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, combine the pork ribs and vegetable oil and mix together until the ribs are evenly coated.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add in the cumin, smoked paprika, coriander, cinnamon, chili powder, and black pepper and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add in the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce and stir together until fully combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a large baking dish and spread evenly over the pork ribs.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the ribs are cooked through.
