Ingredients

  • 2lbs pork ribs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pork ribs and vegetable oil and mix together until the ribs are evenly coated.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add in the cumin, smoked paprika, coriander, cinnamon, chili powder, and black pepper and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add in the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce and stir together until fully combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a large baking dish and spread evenly over the pork ribs.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the ribs are cooked through.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
