Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup pignoli nuts
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, butter, sugar, and eggs until a crumbly dough forms.
  3. Press the dough into the prepared pie pan and bake for 10 minutes.
