Ingredients
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Add couscous and stir to coat with the oil.
- Add water, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork and serve.
