Ingredients
1 butternut squash, peeled and cut into cubes
1 onion, diced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of cumin

Directions

Add the queso fresco, cilantro, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
Serve hot with a side of rice.
