Ingredients
1 cup brown rice
1 cup green rice
2 cups vegetable broth
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)

Directions
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the onion powder and garlic powder, and sauté for 1 minute.

Reduce heat to low, and cover. Simmer for 20 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
Add the corn, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
