Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes. Place the flour in a shallow bowl. Dredge the chicken cubes in the flour, shaking off any excess.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Add the onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Return the chicken to the skillet and pour in the tomatoes, wine, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is cooked through.
Stir in the parsley and serve over hot cooked pasta, if desired.
