Ingredients
2 cups of diced persimmons
1 cup of rolled oats
2 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of melted butter
1/2 cup of brown sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, mix together the diced persimmons, oats, honey, baking powder, salt, melted butter and brown sugar.
Spread the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool before cutting into bars.
