Ingredients
- 2 cups of diced persimmons
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the diced persimmons, oats, honey, baking powder, salt, melted butter and brown sugar.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
