Ingredients

  • 2 cups of diced persimmons
  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the diced persimmons, oats, honey, baking powder, salt, melted butter and brown sugar.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Let cool before cutting into bars.
