2 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 bell peppers, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 large onion, cut into 1-inch cubes

Directions
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, garlic powder, black pepper and olive oil.
Place the cubed chicken, bell peppers and onion in a large bowl. Pour the marinade over the top, and mix until everything is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the chicken, bell peppers and onions onto the skewers.
Lightly oil the grill grates. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping once, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are lightly charred.
Serve warm.
