Ingredients
1/2 lb of penne pasta
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup of mango chutney
1/4 cup of diced jalapeños
2 cloves of garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook the penne according to the package instructions.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the bell pepper and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
Add in the jalapeños and garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in the mango chutney and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the cooked penne to the skillet and toss to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm.
