Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
- In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, peanuts, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Press the mixture into the prepared pie plate and bake for 10 minutes.
- Allow the crust to cool completely before filling.
- In a large bowl, mix together the softened ice cream and peanut butter until combined.
- Spread the ice cream mixture into the cooled crust and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips and chopped peanuts on top of the frozen pie and serve.
