Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, peanuts, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix until evenly distributed.
  3. Press the mixture into the prepared pie plate and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Allow the crust to cool completely before filling.
  5. In a large bowl, mix together the softened ice cream and peanut butter until combined.
  6. Spread the ice cream mixture into the cooled crust and freeze for 30 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and chopped peanuts on top of the frozen pie and serve.
