Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh green beans, washed and trimmed
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine the green beans, olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, pepper, and salt. Mix until all of the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Spread the green beans onto a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the green beans are tender.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
