Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fresh green beans, washed and trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the green beans, olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, pepper, and salt. Mix until all of the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Spread the green beans onto a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the green beans are tender.
  4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
