Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large pieces of aluminum foil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Remove the core of the cabbage and discard.
- Cut the cabbage into 8 wedges. Place each wedge in the center of a piece of aluminum foil.
- In a small bowl, mix together the onion, garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the mixture evenly and spoon it over the top of each cabbage wedge.
- Fold the aluminum foil over the cabbage wedges and seal the edges tightly.
- Place the foil-wrapped cabbage on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the cabbage from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
