- 1/2 cup (113 grams) butter, melted
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (125 grams) creamy peanut butter
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup (65 grams) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (50 grams) rolled oats
- 1/4 cup (40 grams) chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup (40 grams) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup (40 grams) peanut butter chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Add the baking soda, salt, and peanut butter, and whisk until smooth.
- Add the egg and mix until combined. Add the flour, oats, chopped peanuts, chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips, and mix until combined.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
