Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (113 grams) butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup (125 grams) creamy peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup (65 grams) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup (50 grams) rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup (40 grams) chopped peanuts
  • 1/4 cup (40 grams) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup (40 grams) peanut butter chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Add the baking soda, salt, and peanut butter, and whisk until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and mix until combined. Add the flour, oats, chopped peanuts, chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips, and mix until combined.
  4. Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
