Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 cups fresh asparagus, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a 9x13 inch baking dish, combine chicken, asparagus, soup, sour cream, cheese and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
