Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the cauliflower florets, onion, and garlic and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and chili paste. Add the water and cook until the sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Serve over rice or noodles.
