- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon chili paste
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Add the cauliflower florets, onion, and garlic and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and chili paste. Add the water and cook until the sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
