Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh crabgrass, chopped
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeno pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the chopped onion, celery, bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the crabgrass and season with the garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve warm.
