Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, combine the vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract and stir until blended.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, coconut, and macadamia nuts.
- Heat a waffle iron and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the batter onto the hot waffle iron and cook for about 2 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove the waffle pops from the iron and cool on a wire rack.
- Serve and enjoy!
