Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract and stir until blended.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips, coconut, and macadamia nuts.
  5. Heat a waffle iron and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  6. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the batter onto the hot waffle iron and cook for about 2 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove the waffle pops from the iron and cool on a wire rack.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
