In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, Italian sausage, and bacon until beef is evenly browned and bacon is crisp. Drain and discard any excess fat.
In a slow cooker, mix together the cooked beef and bacon, onion, garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, sugar, parsley, basil, oregano, black pepper, garlic powder, thyme, and salt.
Cover, and cook on Low setting for 6 hours.
Serve over hot cooked spaghetti.
