In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and onion, breaking up the beef as it cooks. Once the beef is cooked through, add the cabbage and cook until it is wilted, stirring occasionally.
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the filling is cooked through.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a baking sheet and set aside.
Unroll the crescent rolls and separate into 8 triangles. Place a heaping spoonful of the beef filling in the center of each triangle and fold up the edges to form a pocket.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown. Serve warm.
